1. Is there any GST charges on top of your discounted prices?

Don't worry. We absorb GST. Rest assure that we don't markup our prices for GST.



2. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do but please kindly email us at [email protected] with the subject heading “International order” for more details.

Please be reminded not to order from the website directly.

The minimum purchase amount is S$200 and our free delivery scheme do not apply.

Delivery charge for overseas orders are according to the postage fee from SingPost + handling fee S$5.00. To have an idea what the courier charges are like, you may wish to refer to this link Singapore Post Postage Rates. and make payment once everything is confirm via PayPal.

 

3. Can I still change/ cancel my order after checking out? What should I do?

Should you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at 96795858 or 9679 5546  (at least 8 hrs before our scheduled delivery).

 

4. I wish to buy an item which is not available on your website, what should I do?

You can email us at [email protected] with the subject heading “Stock wishlist” in the email or you can contact us at 96795858 or 9679 5546.  Though we can’t say that we will definitely find what you wanted but we will try our best.

 

5. Do you provide repacking service?

We do repacking of food for a nominal fee of $1.50. We use quality clear plastic for repacking. It will be sealed, but not vacuumed pack. We do not encourage clients to use this service if you are intending to store / use the food for more than 3 months.

Note: Please check the food carefully when receiving the delivery. Once delivery was made, repacked dry food cannot be returned or be exchanged.

 

6. What happens when an item is out of stock after I ordered?

We will inform you via email or any contact methods which you have stated and advice on the availability accordingly.

 

7. What are the payment modes?

Cash on delivery ( To protect our client's interests, we are trying not to accept cash on delivery. However, in the event that you can only make payment via cash, please kindly indicate on the comments box at the check out page so that our driver can follow up accordingly.)

8. Do you have self collect?

Yes, but pls order in advance. self pick up at:

9. Is there any delivery charge?

No, delivery is FREE when you purchase over S$70. This is limited to a single-location delivery. If you ordered a total amount of below $70, you can choose to ask us to deliver to a single-location at a $12 delivery fee or collect via meet-ups at our pre-assigned locations below.

Simei; Tampines; Tanah Merah; Pasir Ris; Serangoon(sat).



10. How long does delivery take?

If stock is available:

- Home delivery time will usually take 3-7 working days.

- Urgent delivery can be arrange if delivery schedule allow.



11. What are our delivery timings?

Mon - Fri : 9am - 8pm

Mon - Fri: After 8pm (can be arrange)



12. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have “Check out”, we will send a purchase summary to you with your order number. After which you will receive another confirmation either vial email from us or a phone call from our friendly customer services officer to ask you to choose your preferred mode of delivery and your preferred timing.
